Summary:Dark-style theme for Gelbooru
Description:Gelbooru has a white background, this is, in my opinion, at least, bad for browsing at night, it can cause eyestrain, I propose that we be able to switch between light colors/dark colors in our user control panel

Multiple themes do sound like a good idea. We will need to find artists to draw more elaborate backgrounds (if we want them), but I think that a simple colorswap shouldn't be that hard.

Seconded. I would also really like to see this. Take care that text remains readable in "dark mode," though. I've seen far too many websites that have a "dark mode" with nigh-unreadable text.

Firefox has this feature already.
I'm using it right now.

Black background, teal text, pink links, purple visited links.
Although, the sorta downside to it is, I never noticed that Gelb employed color coded tags, so I never noticed them until somebody mentioned what the colors mean, since I can only see text in teal and such.

Not everyone uses Firefox... I, myself, use IE, so I don't have a built-in dark mode...

You don't?
You Really should, for so many reasons.
I Recommend FF2 Portable ala PortableApps.
I say FF2 and not FF3 because FF3 Crashed on every other site I went to & broke/removed many features I enjoyed from the previous version; it was more trouble than it was worth for me to stick with FF3, But I just went back to FF2, Found some Awesome Plugins, and all is Still Well. I might Give FF4 a Whirl When it comes out, but If FF 'upgrade' track record is any indication, I may just stick with FF2; It ain't that broke, so no need to fix.

But, I'm pretty sure that it has a similar ability; you'll just have to jump through a couple of hoops to find your way to it.
