Summary: | Parent images are listed with children as parents of themselves |
Description: | Summary says most of it. For example: http://gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=list&tags=parent:199144 The pink version is the parent. Yet it still appears in that list with the child (blue), as if there is an identical (pink) image also labeled as a child. |
Additional Info: | Suggest either visually identifying the parent (put it on its own line and/or subtitle "parent") or don't show it at all. |

Maybe that'll sound radical, but think about it: How about just scrapping the "parent-children" system altogether, and encouraging users to create pools instead? Pools are much easier to view and search for, and they don't have that "needs to have one pic as a parent" restriction. Maybe implement an option for simple creation of pools on the spot (similar to the current parent-children creation process)? Ok, just my 2 pence ) |

This has been considered. Would be easiest for everyone to understand as well. |
