| Description: | Users who alter notes do not have their profiles linked to their names in the note history. It should probably be the same as the tag history. |

| For me the note history only shows edits to existing notes, it doesn't show who created the note in the first place or what it originally said. As for users who alter notes, that part works fine for me. |
