| Description: | I'm not sure what happened, but somehow two identical copies of a file (md5:b93f0fe62b28ac908f6601710f37cc9e) got uploaded. There's probably a race condition between the check for an existing md5 and actually adding the image to the database. The uploader was acting hung for several minutes when this happened, which may have widened the window for the race. |

| There WAS a race condition in earlier versions of the code. There are probably about 30-100 duplicate images on the site. Now that we use transactions, I think most of the chance of having a race is nil. |
