Summary:Shockwave/Flash posts?
Description:Hi, I'
m enjoying the site and I'
m quite thankful that Gelbooru is quite user-friendly as opposed to the Donmai, which often restricts what content you can see based on you
Additional Info:Add flash post support or even video files.

We do have space now. :D

But, then we would have to create special thumbnails to inform users that the content isn't an image, but a flash/vid object, like e621 does(Except, there are no vid clips available for that genre, go figure).

In fact, we should probably have a few special thumbnails already. Gif thumbnails would also be nice to have here.

Oh, and that space is reserved for more images, flashes would be nice, but I think they would eat up too much of the free space.

Also, flash could be problematic because of flash object types; Had my system restarted because of something that happened due to a flash file. Point was, that the flash people didn't make correct uninstallation scripts and other complications of that caused the system to break.

So just stick a little Flash "f" logo in the corner. Surely this is trivial for the image library you use...

Oh, wait, can't thumbnail Flash. Duh.
Ask the user for a thumbnail?

Actually, we can thumbnail flash now. There are security issues I would like to look into before we allow interactive content on the site.

This showed up today on Hackaday, and I thought you might benefit from it. Blitzablieter is a package to check for known Flash exploits.
