Summary:Scores on search list only update when tags are edited
Description:Repro: Create a new post (with 0 score), then vote for it so the score is 1.

Do a search for a tag that finds the post. Hover over the result to see the displayed score. Expected: The displayed score should be 1. Actual: The displayed score is 0.

Search for posts with score:>=1. Expected: The post should show up in the results. Actual: the post doesn't show up in the results..

This is expected behavior. I believe the scores are compiled and inserted into the searcher on a schedule. You can force the score to update immediately by changing the tags, which updates the entire post in solr, but you can also wait for it to refresh the score listing automatically.

No, they never update without a tag edit. For example post #1996484 is up to score 60 after a month and a half, but still shows as 0 in search because the tags have never been edited.
