| Description: | 1. All thumbnails of guro, toddlercon, and such will be shown with a blocked image by default (toggle) that is an active link to the image if you decide to click and view it. Users can then go to their controls and disable this. I shall call it the COF. Community offensive filtering. 2. Convert main posts listing to auto omit based on score, as well as tags if set in the tag blacklist. Score:0 would omit anything lower than 0. The reason it just can't be removed without a link is due to the way search engines do not accept cookies to tell us if they want to view a certain type, so we're better off showing a blocked image type with working link instead of hiding it as some bots are smart and do not follow hidden display values. Of course the easiest way to prevent this type of hatred would be to force you to register and log in to leave a comment on images. That way users would be more aware of the blacklist we currently have in place, which works great. |
