Now Viewing: bayonetta_3Tag type: Copyright Tag refers to images referencing the third installment of the Bayonetta_(series). It is a 2022 character action game created by Platinum_Games and exclusively released for the Nintendo Switch, much like its predecessor was for the Wii U. The game is directed by Miyata Yusuke, but series creator Kamiya_Hideki still supervises the game as chief director. The cutscenes are once again directed by Shimomura Yuji with Suzuki Masaki co-directing. The characters are again designed by Shimazaki_Mari. This game adds to the series' trademark over the top combat by expanding on Bayonetta's summoning abilities. Previously, Bayonetta usually summoned monsters to add power to her regular attacks or as finishing moves. Now, her summons can fight alongside her on the battlefield. Bayonetta once again changes her look for a new adventure. This time, Bayonetta grows out her hair and wears it down, with her hair draping down her shoulders and styled into two lengthy pigtails reminiscent of Cereza's hairstyle. She also wears a black dress with black stockings covering her legs. This game moves away from the Western-inspired settings in past games and moves to Japan. This affects the game's default voice track with the Japanese characters speaking Japanese while Bayonetta speaks English like she did in the past.
