It was originally named FaraKicksChallenge, before it picked up its more well known moniker. While many variants of the challenge eventually emerged, the original and the standard form of the challenge requires someone to unscrew the cap from a bottle with a spin kick without knocking over the bottle. After the video of their success or failure is posted, users will tag other people they would like to see do the challenge. Due to the precision and physical athleticism required to successfully complete the challenge, it has become particularly popular amongst martial artists and action film stars.
