He was introduced in Kingdom_Hearts_II and reappears in Kingdom_Hearts_358/2 He is one of the members of Organization XIII, but unlike the other members, he does not seem to be as overtly malicious and seems rather timid and lazy. He has water based powers.

Although he is a minor character with little impact on the plot, he is quite popular. He is also infamous for being considered by many fans to be a surprisingly difficult boss in Kingdom Hearts II with many fans having more trouble fighting him than his more serious compatriots.
