She has brown_eyes and long_hair brown_hair in a ponytail. Based on her in-game lines, Fumizuki has a very childlike and innocent personality, and is typically portrayed as such. She likes the Admiral_(Kantai_Collection) quite a bit, and enjoys talking with them. However, she can become shy and embarrassed if the Admiral stares at her too much.
