She is a kindly old woman and the manager of a sizable botanical garden. She is a calm woman who is almost always smiling. Unbeknownst to everyone except the Precures and the fairies, Kaoruko was a Precure in her youth. After Tsubomi and Erika discover this fact, Kaoruko acts as their mentor and gives them advice on what to do. She is also well acquainted with Cure Moonlight. Her fairy is Coupe, the oldest, oddest looking, and one of the strongest fairies in the series. She is voiced by Sakamoto_Chika.
