She wears a school_swimsuit with a name tag on it along with white_legwear thighhighs and a peaked_cap. She has medium-length blonde_hair in low_twintails. She also has blue_eyes framed with glasses. Her glasses are usually depicted as red-framed_glasses + semi-rimless_glasses + under-rim_glasses. Her nickname is "Hachi" (simply "eight" in Japanese). She will usually refer to herself as "Hacchan". Sometimes, she will refer to herself as "Acht" ("eight" in german) by mistake. Her historical counterpart having made a round trip between Japan and Germany, several of her lines are peppered with German (like Kongou_(Kantai_Collection) with English and Hibiki_(Kantai_Collection) with Russian). She is also an avid reader, which is translated as torpedoes launching out of books.
