Stephanie arrives at town, and she meets several people including Ziggy, a candy loving child, Pixel, a computer whiz, Trixie, a girl who likes to play tricks on people, Stingy, a spoiled child who claims everything is his, Mayor Meanswell, the mayor of the town, Bessie Busybody, the Mayor's wife, and Sportacus, the town's own superhero. Sportacus revitalizes the town to be more active while Robbie Rotten often tries to stop his activities.
