Now Viewing: manuela_hidalgoTag type: Character The brown haired daughter of ruthless crime boss Javier Hidalgo although she was mostly unaware of her father's deeds. She is clad in a bloody torn white dress and has bandages on her right arm Leon and Krauser find her in a church after she ran away from the mansion and decide to protect her throughout Operation Javier. She is infected with the T Veronica virus but unlike most characters who have the virus, Manuela did not gain the virus willingly and is a kind and gentle girl. She also seems to have a remarkable amount of control over the virus, retaining a human form, which puzzles Leon as this seems to go against everything he's known about the virus. She is initially timid and doesn't say much about her background or her motives, but grows more proactive over the course of Leon and Krauser's mission. As she is familiar with the environment, she often guides them and tells them where to go next. She develops an attraction to Leon and gradually opens up to him and he kindly helps her cope with her special condition. She is also one of the only characters besides Alexia Ashford to be shown singing in the series. She is voiced by Amy Correa Bell who also does her singing.
