After a rough junior high school experience when he was ostracized for his Dark_Flame_Master persona, he is determined to distance himself from that time and resolves to be as normal as possible when he starts high school. This goal becomes much more difficult than he thought it would be when Takanashi Rikka witnesses him acting like the Dark Flame Master when he thought no one was watching. She takes a liking to him and drags him along whatever scheme she has planned. He tries to correct Rikka's delusions, but for the most part, he is unsuccessful. He is deeply embarrassed about his Dark Flame Master past and loses his composure any time someone mentions it. He also has a crush on popular girl Nibutani Shinka, but because he ends up spending a lot of time with Rikka, his peers suspect he is in a relationship with her. He also has a fascination with guns that he occasionally tries to repress due to this interest being associated with his chunni persona. His Dark Flame Master persona seems to be both a gunslinger and a magic user. He is voiced by Fukuyama_Jun.
