She is the opposite of Miyuki: outgoing, extroverted, physically strong, and constantly arriving to work late. Although they are opposites, Natsumi and Miyuki work together well and make an unbeatable duo. Natsumi also likes older men and is particularly attracted to the Bokuto Police Chief. Ironically, she ends up falling for the younger Tokarin Shouji who is her equal in physical prowess. She is voiced by Tamagawa Sakiko and played by Itou Misaki in the live action series.
