He is an 80's dancer who loves to disco. He's currently employed at the Twilight Bar Room working as a bartender and a butler, may also be a waiter, along with Hakkaisan_Tatsumi. He has an afro, a mustache, dark-skinned face, white body and wears bartender clothes and sunglasses. He also appears in Touhou_Unreal_Mahjong [2] as an opponent and playable character. The boss theme was composed by ZUN himself, who also allowed the creators of Uwabami_Breakers to use his MOF engine for producing this game.
