She wears a short_dress, ribbed_dress, black_dress, sailor_dress with long detached_sleeves, black_gloves, and black_legwear, thighhighs. Her most prominent feature is her giant black armored_boots knee_boots. Speculated to be Shoukaku_(Kantai_Collection) as a Shinkaisei-kan (abyssal ship). Shoukaku was sunk during the Battle of the Philippine Sea [1], which is what E-4 represents. Aircraft Carrier Water Oni also resembles Shoukaku visually (Similar facial structure and hair style, bulky footwear, hair ornaments across her head exactly where Shoukaku's hairband is). Though her high armor would make her a closer fit with Taihou_(Kantai_Collection, who also sank in the same battle. Voiced by Ozawa_Ari.
