It occurs in episode 4 of the anime during an outing at an aquarium with Nishikagi Chisato and Inoue Takina. Chisato earlier had playfully imitated an eel to Takina's lack of amusement, but after a heartfelt conversation where the perpetually cheerful Chisato expresses some uncharacteristic melancholy, the otherwise serious and cold Takina decides to cheer her up by imitating a fish. She does this by standing on one leg, raising her other leg to be a tail and thrusting her hands forward while saying, "Sakana~", Japanese for A Fish~. This works and Chisato decides to join in by imitating a jellyfish. This scene became popular in both fan art and video edits with the former having other characters imitate Takina's pose.
