She is a genius blonde young woman and Alfred's sister and is equally as malevolent as her brother. She is also infected with the T-Veronica virus and willingly infected herself with it. The virus gives her the power to fling fire at people as well as transform into multiple monstrous forms. Unlike William Birkin, another human turned monster, Alexia retains her mind and personality in each of her transformations. Alfred and Alexia are strongly implied to have incestuous feelings for each other. Her character undergoes a significant change in portrayal in the Darkside Chronicles retelling. In that game, she is even more evil than she is in the original game and does not reciprocate Alfred's incestuous love for her. She views him, and everyone else in the world, as an 'experiment' to satisfy her sadistic amusement. She was originally going to be called Hilda Krueger and concept art of her was drawn underneath that name.
