She is Eiko's older sister and manages the Lemon Beach House. She is generally a calm and friendly girl who is polite to almost everyone. However, she is also very devious and is good at manipulating others to do her bidding. She is also very scary when she is enraged, which is one of the few times she opens her eyes, and demonstrates superhuman abilities in this state. The things she can do are so spectacular that others wonder if she's even human. Even though Ikamusume has many advantages over regular humans, she is terrified of Chizuru and has yet to win a confrontation with her. Everyone else who has witnessed Chizuru's anger is also terrified of Chizuru. Ika feels that Chizuru is her greatest obstacle to conquering the world although Eiko often points out that Ika does not make much of an effort to accomplish her stated goal. Although Chizuru often seems invincible, she is quite insecure about how people perceive her. She is well aware that everyone she knows sees her as something distinct from a human thanks to her superhuman abilities and wishes to be seen as a normal and friendly girl. She is also paranoid about her weight and outside of work, spends a lot of time jogging in order to lose weight. She is voiced by Tanaka_Rie.
