I don't remember this guy... eh, he'll probably get beaten immediately once saitama meets him.

...not quite, termt.

This guy's nickname is "Hero Killer". To get an idea of how terrifyingly strong he is, when Saitama punches him... he punches BACK.

Saitama headbutts his punch and his arm implodes. Dude has no chance. Though hes very fast and his technique clearly surpasses Saitama's (who has no techniques whatsoever).

He could have been at least a warm up for Saitama if he hadn't lost his focus.

He is special though, having been the second person that has taken a Saitama punch and not instantly been obliterated.

He didn't lose focus, he run out of juice. He traded blows with Onepunch-Man and didn't die, thats almost a nietzschean achievement.

I still maintain that Saitama could have ended him in one punch if he had actually chosen too. You don't see Saitama obliterating anyone in the series until he actually decides to get serious. Until that time, he either lets them ragdoll him around (Carnage/Boros) or he just dances around them (Beast King/Garou).

Boros and Garou didn't survive the initial hits because they were "tough enough", they survived because Saitama chose not to hit them hard, which has more or less been the point of the anime/manga so far.

Saitama didn't try to kill Garou like he did against Boros because he could tell Garou was just a dumbass teen who wants to be a hero the easy way: by becoming a villain. He could tell Garou wasn't bad and he later even says he wasn't gonna "turn this squabble into a murder". But most people who read the web comic actually believe that Garou is superior to Boros when he is just a better martial artist, nothing more. Compare the consecutive normal punches that Boros received to the ones Garou took. Saitama was serious in the Boros fight but with Garou he had his poker face on. The closest Garou can get to Boros is when he ascended as a monster a second time (when he started crying after becoming a "true" monster. Web comic readers know which page I'm referring to) and that would be at best close to Boros without armour.
