The quality of the image itself is decent enough. I'll give it that.
As for the motif, there's no ounce of accuracy in it. Unless the creator wanted to say, through this work, that Rock Lee has the same drive and guts as Naruto does and Hinata therefore could have just as easily fallen for him on those grounds alone.
I know that thought has passed through my head once or twice, but I much prefer the canon version.
