My guess Boruto is blushing out of being intimidated. He recognizes Madara in some way. Most likely why Sarada has her Sharingan active as well. Only Mitsuki is out of the loop here, problably because he's the only one with 0 Ôtsutsuki connection.

What's wierd is why a Madara Kage Bunshin would be here to begin with ? The plot thickens... :p
