Not sure, but I would be greatly pleased by this if it were true. I'm fairly certain she splattered though. Not sure how you can come back from that.

Well in the manga/anime if you look closely at the scene where she gets one-slapped, you'll notice her tiny figure (literally drawn as a small stick figure) flying off into the sky. She didn't get insta-gibbed; her blood sack just exploded on the building she hit. There's still hope!

If I'm not mistaken in the manga when she got slapped she went flying destroying the building...the anime didn't get that part right...

The anime scene was probably adjusted for reasons, rather than just 'they fucked it up'. It'd of been too easy to actually destroy the building instead of going with the method they did.

The blood on the building when Saitama slapped her was because she lost her insect abdomen.
