Similar pic has been posted before, but this version is bigger, and most importantly features a Mangekyô Sharingan instead of a lvl 3 Sharingan. Nice.

I like Sarada's official design(s), but, to be honest, this one is, IMO, best.

They should have asked Shi Er Xian to draw Boruto manga.

Well her official designs are designs for a kid, not for a late teenager like here. Give her time. Maybe after the Boruto series get their own timeskip... ;)
