Some loser has his bots set up to downvote every pic with Hinata on it. I imagine there are a few other dogged Hinata haters around too, given the backlash pics of her get on other imageboard sites with voting systems.

I swear some people have no lives. We get it, y'all don't want Hinata pics. Some of us do, and a lot of artists are fans of her. Said artists are not your slaves, so if they wanna make art of her and others also do, they're gonna. Filter her name and move the fuck on. Fuckin' crybabies.
