So if I'm understanding this correctly she's some kind of Elfin mage who was captured raped then enslaved by the orcs and now, other than breeding they also use her to bless and strengthen them before battle.

You are basically right according to the artist's description. Also he mentioned in a few years some half-elf orcs were born with the gift of white magic and put into battles against other races.
