I.... genuinely fail to see the purpose of giving a gigantic several-story-tall combat machine massive jiggling titties. Just finding a way to make them soft enough to jiggle, but sturdy enough to not get ripped apart by g-forces must have cost billions, on top of how expensive it must be to build an effective humanoid weapon of that size to begin with.
