Too bad artist decided to make Elizabeth's feet with those weird crystal toe-claws like she has on her hands, even though Fate Extella pretty much confirms that she has normal feet just with fittingly colored nail polish.

That's what I like about this image. I like the idea that her feet are that way. Though I can see why it might pose a problem if you're wanting to be aroused by them

Actually in her original CCC appearance, Liz's feet were also dragon claws, you can take a look at her last secret garden image.
