Can I get an artist confirmation?

First of all please forgive me for not seeing a stickied "general artist inquiry thread" or something to that extent.
Anyway, I was searching the lucky_star and patricia_martin tags and found this pic without any artist tagging at all:

And it had actually reminded me of an izumi_konata pic that I had seen before:

Now I'm curious. Can anyone confirm that the first pic is the same artist as the second pic, sakura_hiiro? I just don't want to add a tag to a pic that I'm not completely sure of, you know. :P
