Map update: files.catbox.moe/1oh9ho.png
I's still a Work In Progress, i need more details like forest, lakes, rivers, mountains, a bit more biome diversity and more countries for the north eastern and south eastern continents and giving the wester continent some final touches.

Looking for feedback and ideas.

Another question, relevant to the thread, how do you come up with names for each city, kingdom and country while remaining consistent? I have the name of the main kingdoms, but i think i will struggle coming up with names for each city within those kingdoms.

You can named them the same way people named new cities or town

Like Napoles came from Neapolis wich means new city. Same with Carthage, from Qart Hadash that also means new city

Names like River Town that may sound un original but if you create a language just create the word for town and river and mix them together.

Also things like new people coming from far away and just naming the place after the original inhabitants or changing the pronunciation. See the anatolian city of Ancyra renamed from the turkic inmigrants people to Ancara.

Or mix a native word with other word like the River Avon wich means River River, for when the roman asked the native what was the river's name, the native not knowing latin just saw this guy talking and pointing at the river so they where like "yes, river" so its was renamed as Avon River
