Question, would you play a Silent Hill game (Or Silent Hill inspired game) if the twist was that the MC was a NEET pedophile in denial all along? How do you think the game, scares and monsters could be?

I've been watching Silent Hill iceberg videos and that kinda got in my mind. Since the whole point of the games (Or at least 2) is the the cursed town torments you with monsters and imagery related to your inner demons, i was wondering how far can you push the concept. After all, it's not like the Silent Hill franchise is alien to such themes.

Damn, that could be interesting, I imagine the scares could be about the mc himself, knowing his tastes are those of a monster and fights disturbed versions of himself, like a monster with a distorted head and no pants leaking blood from his crotch as if he reaped his own dick to avoid introducing it into a child, or with amputated hands for the same reason, maybe computers scare him because of how "easy" it is to find material, being attracted to schools when they are empty while hearing children playing around while being scared of the idea of finding a child alone and not controlling himself, there is horror potential where you act as a realistic monster

Other scary things you could add would be big and gruesome police officers looking around, or machine monsters related to computers, phones, and cameras, you could also add the parents holding knives or other domestic weapons going after the mc if they see him near to the small creature they protect that you "have" to approach in order to take a key or something idk

The video game market is very large now - there are so many games that it is very easy to get lost in this ocean. Large projects are not always noticeable behind the flow of spam. And small games are generally difficult to evaluate. For example, there are a huge number of games in RPG maker. But they are very similar visually. There are not so many unique and well-made ones. There are even fewer games with a good plot. I do not see an alternative for people who make games alone. It is unlikely to bring money. So, for example, my friends and I made a game - a simple dating simulator, a clicker. About 8 years ago, it seemed to us that the game was at least attractive. - A new Donkey Kong Country 3D game, with the return of King K. Rool, the Kremlings and the Kongs from DK64.
- Banjo-Threeie, plus remakes of Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie.
- A new Sonic fighting game with a huge roster of characters.
- A One Piece fighting game in the style of FighterZ.
- A DC vs Marvel fighting game.
- My ideas for new Mortal Kombat games.
- My ideas for new Pokémon games and new regions.
- My ideas for new Legend of Zelda games.

I may add some later

One of my other friends is making his own action game. He says it has been difficult.
