This is why I wouldn't say any kind of fox girl waifu... because foxes in real life stink up the place horribly. And also by their nature, they destroy things. PEOPLE DON'T HAVE FOXES AS PETS FOR REASONS, and that would go for fox waifus.
... Still, they are cute and I want to pet... but so stinky...
But a fox girl is just a person though, right? They're not an animal with a human body.
They would have self control and hygiene like anybody else, maybe some quirks but that's it.
Maybe they have some sort of scent to them, but there's deodorant and shampoo for that.
I don't think they'll chew up your pillows, dig burrows in your yard, and piss on your couch like an animal would.
They're not going to dig under your fence to fight the neighbors dog, they're just a person like anybody else.
I'm a bit confused.
I mean, this gets into the question of how animalistic a girl with animal traits is. Are they really just a human with ears and maybe a tail? Are they closer to the animal than a human, even if they have a human form, just with some animal traits?
To me, I always assume a girl with animal traits is closer to the animal than a human when it comes to instincts, mannerisms and certain other biological facts. It seems more rational that they would share that with their true wild animal kin, rather than just be fully human in every way except they just so happen to have ears and maybe a tail.
So this is why I say a fox girl would smells, even if she bathes on the regular and has access to scented shampoos and body wash. This is why I say she'd be destructive to things. It's in her nature and biology, no matter how much she looks like a person and can act like a person.
