I seriously hate the pixelated style of censoring, or "mosaic_censoring" as it's tagged here.
It just looks absolutely terrible.
While I'd obviously prefer no censoring, I'll take any form of censoring instead of mosaic censoring.
A black circle, a logo, a bright/dark spot, a cartoon mascot face, anything.
It could be a little cartoon garden gnome flipping me off hovering over the explicit bits for all I care.
Anything but the NES filter censoring.

Haven't been banned yet, but hopped on R34 today to respond to someone I've been chatting with in DM's and get a notice that I can't send DM's to anyone but mods due to " increased amounts of abuse" and I need to build up my trust level to message. Apparently, contributing to their "report messages that break the ToS" rule is somehow a violation of the rules? It makes zero sense and I can see why people just abandon their accounts and never return.

I was banned from Rule 34 then i came back to the website, basically anyone who i mailed before doesn't talk to me now. I remember when i uploaded stuff i wasn't supposed to then got banned because i called Kielan out. I was young when i did that. I used to be they're number one uploader until they banned me.

Again im no longer like what i was on rule 34. To be honest i don't like even like the site or people in it. Expect for MechaBoiyo he seems pretty cool.

I know this one chick called Stacie something she was banned from rule 34 for saying something to Kielan and the moderators in a forum. She did alot of gangbang forum roleplays when rule 34 allowed rp in forums before.

I've never interacted with Kielan, but from what I've seen from his "posts" he's just a ranting, giant neckbeard with more neckbeards serving under him. There's a few good mods, don't get me wrong, but they're outnumbered by the mods who are hypocritical af and cherry pick what they like and don't.

So that's what's going on. I always knew there was something fishy about Kielan. Personally i understand there are good mods. But personally i used to hate Shaded_Cube because when i had a pervious username he called me stupid just because i said rule 34 members should get paid depending how much favorites they have. I know it's a bad idea but personally he didn't have to call me stupid.

I used to upload and comment there, but the Online "Safety" Act fucked me over and now it's become an impossibility. May as well be banned since all I can do is favourite uploads without any other meaningful engagement with the site.
Though, given the inane content restrictions and all the low quality artwork permitted there, it's no great loss. "Age verification" data thieving implemented on Gelbooru or Pixiv would be much more worrisome.
