Here's a random idea:
How about an extremely shy demon girl who's really embarrassed and self conscious about being one.
And despite having extremely strong sexual instincts/urges, normally they aren't assertive at all.
But once they start doing anything intimate or sexual, their instincts slowly take over. Hard.
They start out all cute and nervous in bed, hesitating and getting embarrassed.
But by the end of the night they're pinning you to the bed and riding you hard AF with no mercy.
Over and over, like they're a completely different person and you're just their fucking toy.
The most interesting idea to me is what she'd be like right as her instincts are starting to take over, sorta "mid-transformation" for lack of a better term.
You can tell she's still nervous, her personality is still there, but the hesitation is gone and she's starting to go harder and harder. You can tell she's embarrassed about letting her instincts take over, but eventually all of that fades away and she becomes totally dominant and just owns you for the night.

^ I think this makes me realize why I don't like demon girls much.
Even when you have a really shy and submissive one OR SO IT SEEMS, they're just insanely overpowered sexually and can easily own you whenever they want.
And it's not just that I prefer being dominant, they (at least can) win every time and that makes things boring, yes? Maybe if it was more evenly matched, a man might get the upper hand and have his way when encountering a demoness OR be defeated, possibly harmed or even devoured e.g. the aforementioned soul-extraction-thru-pingas. Come to think of it that's kind of how succubus/incubus worked in NetHack where fucking them was a gamble a lot of the time.
