This'll probably fall on deaf ears, but:

This mother fucker right here. Someone find me some proof he isn't Japanese, because I'm sick of his shitty art and absolutely certain in my mind that he isn't, but I can find no 100% proof of it.

I mention him before on this thread in an earlier post:

EDIT: Well, at least I found an obvious Western artist now:

He's a part of a Western pokemon fanart group called Lake Art 2. Just read that he's the founder of the group and his account name on deviantart is TraceFag.

Unfortunately, his deviantart account is closed. It's sad seeing his stuff on other sites and people saying he's so great when he admit he can't draw and does nothing but take manga images and traces over them.

I've found quite a few profiles of his on other sites, including Hentai Foundry, under either Tracefag or Kageta. If he deviantart account was still up, it would have pointed out he was American; he doesn't have where he's from on the other sites I've found thus far.

Link me his deactivated DA account. The most I could find is a newer account of his, and a group called "Lake Art 2", both in which a country isn't listed. I feel positive he isn't, but I want something I can use 100%.

Here you go. Problem is you'll get the deactivation page.

Wonder if that link works; it's a cached image of the profile page by Google from before the closing. Sadly, his located he lists as "unknown". Damn bastard he is.

Only one thing left to do.

You E-mail him and ask what country he was born in.

Why do you have such a hate-boner for Sigurd anyway, if you don't mind my asking?

I would act the same way if it was anyone else. I don't hate the guy. I'm just following the rules.

I can't believe what I'm reading. You only go into action if you hate someone's art style? Don't take it the wrong way... I'm not on anyones side. I'm talkin' about Lake Art btw.

I'm sure you can't.

And I haven't acted on a thing. Acting would mean his work would be gone, wouldn't it?

I've been working on what I feel are more important tasks than having to delete some random artists I may or may not feel belong on the site, despite the rule. Cleaning out the various mod queues is the big thing. Occasionally fixing a tag vandalizing dipshit, and attempts to get the rule changed to something I feel is less detrimental to the site is also there.

The queues in particular are alot more time consuming than you may think, and I'd rather spend the time I can stand moderating here on them.

Hmm... I think you missed the point of my last post.

^So you're not a complete lazy bones after all. You seem motivated. More mods need to be this way...

I've deleted a few hundred flagged images in the past week. As said, that's my chief concern for now.

If I come across any Sigurd in there, I'll delete them, but they might be a bit rare at ~7700 images flagged.
