PJM - 'Usually'. But not always...in fact, not as much as most might think. Much of the time only body mutilation, gore, and/or death need to be present. Sex can be added, but it's not required. Guro can be termed as a fetish, but not all fetishes have to depict something sexual (you just have to get off on it).

PJM - 'Usually'. But not always...in fact, not as much as most might think. Much of the time only body mutilation, gore, and/or death need to be present. Sex can be added, but it's not required.
