Okay so bit of a complicated request but I'll simplify things as much as I can. So in an old Gundam series there's this bunch of cute loli clone girls going by the name of Puru. The main ones are Elpeo Puru the original, and Puru Two who's well you can guess. Thing is there's a whole legion of them and sometimes artists make some alterations to the others, give them cute twin tails or enlarge certain assets. Basically making them their own.
Usually though these kinds of art sometimes they get tagged with Puru_6 or 7 or whatever if the artist leaves some info but often they just get slapped with a character request tag and gradually disappear into the recesses of the site. Obviously, this isn't ideal, so I figure that there's a Puru series tag on Pixiv, lets just use that here too, make it automatically applied with the Elpeo_Puru and Puru_two tags and fans like myself can just apply that to the oc Puru's when they show up.

I don't know the details but I would think the puru_two tag would cover all the variants like ditto, copy_robot_(perman) or platelet_(hataraku_saibou)

So I've been fixing the names of games. titles missing their "THE" or ":" which is in their official copyright names.
Examples:
* Silent_Hill_4 changed to Silent_Hill_4:_The_Room
* Resident_Evil_Umbrella_Chronicles to Resident_Evil:_The_Umbrella_Chronicles
* Resident_Evil_Code_Veronica to Resident_Evil_-_Code: Veronica
* Resident_Evil_Revelations to Resident_Evil:_Revelations
* Resident_Evil_Degeneration to Resident_Evil:_Degeneration
* Metal_Gear_Solid_V to either Metal_Gear_Solid_V:_Ground_Zeros or Metal_Gear_Solid_V:_The_Phantom_Pain depending on what the image is showing.
Etc, etc, etc, etc, you get the idea.
I've gone through and changed Resident_Evil_3 to it's western title Resident_Evil_3:_Nemesis but every time I add the tag Resident_Evil_3_(Remake) it automatically adds the old Resident_Evil_3 tag. Can we turn that off?
I copy and pasted the wiki for the Resident_Evil_3 tag and added it to Resident_Evil_3:_Nemesis tag, giving full credit to the original creator (jojosstand) with minor edits of my own.

My understanding is that implications and de-implications (which is what you're after) must be done through Danbooru first.
Also, renames and aliases for tags that also exist on Danbooru should almost always be done through Danbooru first because of the number of posts we import from them.
I'd suggest making a BUR on Danbooru for the title changes you'd like to do before doing anything else, but you should probably wait for input from mods first.

You aren't supposed to just unilaterally rename copyright tags without at least bringing it up for discussion first.

It is just ridiculous that half the titles here use proper grammar and the other half don't.

How does tag importing from danbooru work?
For example gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=7848739 was imported from danbooru.donmai.us/posts/5773058 but has only initial tags set, while danbooru version is properly tagged.
Will it eventually fix itself or we are supposed to copy tags manually in such cases?

Tags only get imported when we import the post itself. They do not get updated after that unless someone does so manually.

Every 30 minutes a Bot imports posts from Danbooru. It will skip certain posts with tags like manga/doujin and others we don't want imported. If a post is imported it will come with whatever tags or notes it had at the time of import except maybe some tags we don't use. Tag types for new tags like artist or character are not set here.
Mods can use the Tag Merge link on the left to import newer tags from Danbooru if it came from Danbooru. This is manual and not often used. I went and merged the tags for that post.
