X_request tags are always meta because they always convey information about an image outside of what is visible in it, namely that the tagger doesn't know the proper tag for whatever X is.
That being said, many of our *_request tags need to be changed to meta and many more should probably be deleted/merged into other *_request tags.

I want to nominate Omo_Fan to receive Gardener powers. The guy knows the rules and inner workings of the site pretty well, his tagging is fine, and it is a lot more active helping here on the forum than a lot of absent Gardeners I know. He has my blessing, so, consider the dude. Omo for presid- Gardener.

Both are the same image. The top is a recent upload, but in lower res and a text edit (?). Bottom is older and higher res. I keep finding that the source is from a deleted deviantart, so I can't really find the original. Do we keep both?

As far as I can tell it's just "sack"; about 70% of that tag is Santa related.

The closest thing I could find is "finger_gun", but it looks like that tag is only for when a character is pretending their hand is a gun.
I check the Danbooru "tag_group:gestures" when looking for hand gestures, but I don't see anything on there that matches what you're looking for.
