since some time ago I have been marking images to be deleted by "dupe", because many images that are uploaded are usually the same but one taken from twitter/X and the other from pixiv, but they have been marked for a long time and are still there, is there any problem?

I also have flagged stuff a long time ago that is still here. I'm guessing certain deletion reasons have a higher priority for the staff.

Same, I gave up on flagging images a long time ago, if anything I would like to delete them myself since that way I can gurantee to have both sources on the pixiv image
