Western 3d animation?
Posted on: 05/18/15 02:02PM

Is it allowed? The terms of service page says that "Anything not drawn by a Japanese artist is not allowed unless given specific exception by the moderation team for quality", but I don't know if that applies to 3d or not. Also I want to upload them in webm, because trying to upload them as 720p gifs is stupid, especially since some of them are quite long. Can the site handle them at the current time, and is there any filesize limit?

"I don't know if that applies to 3d or not."

Obviously, yes.

Not really. I've seen some animations by Comissair on this site, and those are all western animations that don't seem to be in danger of being removed.

Comissair's art is ok because it's Japanese copyright-related.

Alright then, guess it's not suitable for this place. Does anyone know about any other sites like this that accept webms? I considered rule34hentai.net but their max filesize limit is 20mb.

The rules on this site fluctuate dramatically; I would think that it would be allowed, but you never know. There are some western artists that have non-japanese/original art on this site, but I've had my some of my uploads taken down before.

Mods give exceptions to non Japanese art posts they consider higher quality. But you can always ask a mod about a post before you post it. I don't even do it enough.
