Summary: | Mod comments impervious to votedowns/ups |
Description: | Like the desc. says, mod comments should be able to be made un-voteable, that is, they should not be able to be voted up or down, but remain at 0. This should be able to be set/unset similar to how an image can be locked/unlocked. |

Rather than stuck at zero, they should be at the equivalent of the maximum vote level, so that people with a comment threshhold of 1 or higher could see them, as well. |

This is a bit of a stretch, but maybe being able to give immunity to certain user comments at our discretion would be useful as well. Our lapdogs need credit too, after all. |
