Summary:Moderator-only notes for posts
Description:Ability for moderators to leave notes on posts for other moderators. These notes should only be viewable by moderators and possibly gardeners.

These would be used to let other moderators know certain types of information about an image, for example hard-to-notice differences between the post and another post that might not be seen by another moderator and may lead to the post being deleted, or posts which are on the border line of breaking some rule, but which have been found to not quite be a violation by an admin or a group of moderators.

The best way I can think of to handle this is to put them in a searchable-by-post-id listing in the mod panel, and then having a link to a search for that post ID as well as the number of results display in the options section for moderators. Adding a note can also be contained in the mod panel, with a link on each post page that auto-fills the post ID field for the new note menu. The menu and listing could also be contained in a single listing, so that only one button would need to be inserted on the post page for all of the notes options.
Additional Info:Communication among the moderation team is scattered. While most moderation-related questions should be asked in the mod notes, most of the time it is faster for a moderator to simply seek out the opinion of another moderator or group of moderators. However, decisions made like this are usually not posted in the mod notes, so moderators who were not present may not know and may come to a different conclusion on their own. This feature would help bring these discussions to light, so another moderator will know a decision was already reached and they can properly make a case against the decision if they choose instead of unknowingly going against what was already decided. I don't think this feature would be incredibly difficult to implement, and it would likely help quite a lot with moderation.
