Another part of the ToS states "cosplay pictures are ok" but it doesn't state if they must be only japanese, how this works?

Non-japanese cosplayers are fine, as far as I know, also the TOS-violating images you linked in your last post are gone now :)

I call for a deletion of all images tagged "aaaninja" as that artist is not Japanese. You can kinda tell from his art style.

A day ago I flagged images NekoChanK (mexican), Tob (korean), robotpencil (American), CaptainOsaka (American), Ivan_Flores (American), Hyuga (Korean), ReiQ (Venezuelan), Karbo (French), sigurdhosenfeld (Denmark), neko_sakana (Chinese) and several individual images without artist tag that were either from non-japanese artist or from paysites.
Gelbooru is going to get a lot of free space lol

Coincidentally, the Koreans and the Chinaman were the only new-to-me artists in that list I thought were especially good at Japanese-looking art styles.
The rest seem like cheap imitations in comparison.
Sigurdufnsiugud was alright too but he's been brought up before.
