The bandwidth for one user/bot is almost a non-factor. Either lozer's server or his ISP seems to limit the number of simultaneous transfers of one user to 16 and ideally a new set of transfers can be initiated each second depending on the size of the files. This bot did things one-at-a-time. No one user can be a detriment to the site's bandwidth short of a successful DoS attack. It takes thousands of users to slow the site down.

Well, would the one that created the bot even know this? Usually DoS attacks and similar Internet shenanigans are just done by kids that don't know shit about shit and needs somebody to wipe their butt.

If only. Some of the greatest spammers of this here internet (or worst spammers for those of us who fucking hate spam) likely use Ddos attacks religiously. Either as a form of blackmail against the internet itself in exchange for their personal security... or as means of removing any website that threatens their financial security.

It happens very often. And I'm sad to say that men like Leo Kuvayev and Alan Ralsky, unlike you're average kid who can't wipe his ass, these men know EXACTLY what the fuck they are doing.

Their spam is so full of faggotry and bullshit that they've become wanted in several countries and still managed to take their millions of dollars and elude capture.

With that said... anyone who uses bots and ddos attacks against a .org is pretty fucking low key and useless.

4chan gets ddosed often sure... but its worth mentioning that 4chan is almost always in the top ten largest .org sites and is full of people who constantly give access to dangerous software to idiots who don't know how to properly use it.

The fact that they seem to constantly admit fault every time they commit a crime (unlike their oldfag days when blame was pinned on others) probably doesn't help them to avoid Ddos attacks either. (They even got blocked by their own ISP once... which is fucking hilarious.)

On topic I found Omar that Yavie told me about.

gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...mp;s=profile&id=53934

Normally I don't get bugged much by undertagging from mass uploaders too much... but rather than undertagging I'm noticing that he has been adding tags like "schoolgirl" and "rape" to just about all of his uploads regardless of if there are any present or not. The fact that he doesn't know how to spell the few tags he DOES use and keeps accidentally placing some tags in the "source" bar is making it pretty obvious that he doesn't understand English or is 12 years old.

It seems that he is only trying to add enough tags to avoid the "tagme" from popping up. To be honest it'd be better if he just put down tagme since it'd make it easier to correct his bullshit.

It doesn't help that I'm seeing multiple duplicate uploads... often of images that have been here for a long time even. And his duplicates are almost always insanely small.

Current theory suggests it's just a bot. Or an idiot.

As for this, I do not think a bot would keep such a coherent Favorites list.

Has anyone considered contacting said poster to inquire whether there is sentience or not?

Possible future silly tag war on this one. People have been fighting over whether Rukia in this pic is a genderswapped male or a futanari.

I went to the artist's link and found the pic and he himself labeled her a shemale, which for the purposes of tag here are one and the same and thus are aliased.

But foresee people pointless arguing over it and using the tags to do so. It's already happened to a small degree:

Thanks. Hopefully they'll stop fighting over the tags now. I also didn't know that the newhalf tag and futanari tag were not interchangeable, so I always used futanari.

I'll use it correctly in the future.
