It's just one post that's been flagged, but these users who are probably the same user are constantly removing the cameltoe tag and rating it safe on this post post #3175898.

Two of those literally are the exact same user account.
I've sent notices to those two accounts about it. If there was a third account that got lost in a copy-past accident and you still remember their username and/or user ID, I'll send one to that as well.

I had a word with harucho over PM today (being unaware of the above post at the time), specifically on the correct use of the cum_while_penetrated tag, and more generally on not just pasting the exact same tags on every image in a set when not every image in the set contains the exact same elements. He didn't reply to me, but it seems like he read it, as his posts since then (approximately all those after gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=3179626) don't seem to have either the copy/paste problem or be misusing the cum_while_penetrated tag anymore. I'm still not totally convinced, but he seems more to be someone in need of education, and less someone intentionally poisoning tags.
Of course that doesn't change the fact that he's uploaded 23 pages of mis-tagged cum_while_penetrated images that still have to be sorted through. I assume that the Gardeners' Guild would be the correct place to ask for help with that?

Well, color me unconvinced. He's back at the tag copy-pasting game. See this series of images:

All uploaded with the exact same tags, including "cum" on two of the images with clearly no cum in them, and "undressing" on all three, absent any active clothes removal. Also:

Same tags on each image, this time not strictly misusing any tags, but certainly missing some obvious ones.
As far as I can tell, this is his M.O.; upload sets of images, all with the exact same tags. It's particularly obvious if you look at his tag history (gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...s=tag_edits&id=175139).
