Okay first of all, I don't specialize in just flagging, and where's your proof of me false reporting huh? All I did was come across that post that some anonymous person left a comment about the other version and flagged the bigger one since the source dosen't point to the artist's upload. And exhentai is full of people who upscale recent uploads, even if it's supposedly by the original artist. And I've seen posts believed to be upscales or resamples even without a source deleted, so that seem like a good reason to have that one deleted.

In your defense, a lot of users flag the wrong post not knowing something is resized, resampled or a crappy twitter dupe. I don't usually admonish users for doing this since I have to check both posts anyway.

In my defense, I use SauseNao and other tools to find a source if available but don't always post that source before deleting a post. (Is that a defense?)

This one is pretty clearly scan of a printed image, though. It's incredibly rare for someone to upscale such a scan, since they could just scan it at a higher resolution. That doesn't count as an upscale on Gelbooru.

User Domestic Importer is trolling and intervening with an image I uploaded, as he keeps on removing the "loli" tag even though it is quite a fair interpretation that that is indeed a correct label, he's done this multiple times and will not stop. I do not understand why he's obsessed with my images, but he seems to be, as this is far from the first time that he goes out of his way to mislabel my images. Any help resolving this matter would be much appreciated as it really is irksome and ruins the Gelbooru "experience" to constantly be pestered by what is now an apparently obsessed and stalkerish user (who is also likely operating sock puppet accounts). Thank you for looking into this matter.

Edit: Unlike you I don't have sock puppet accounts. If I edit a upload, it would be with this account and this account alone. And there's no stalking or trolling involved.

You don't get to decide and you certainly don't get to repeteadly override what an original poster did in goodwill unless the supposed mistagging is flagrant and not subject to differing interpretations. If you are so obsessed with an image that you have to keep checking back on it to keep retagging it then that is simply wrong. In such cases, you should instead consult with a mod or simply move on.

The original poster of an image does not have any more say than anyone else on how an image should be tagged. If they are wrong, any user is welcome to call them out on it and correct the issue.

I'm at work right now, so I can't review the image myself. I will check the image later when I can view NSFW content. I just felt a need to point this fact out.

So this image is very much a grey area for me. I could honestly see it going either way - most of the depictions of her in that image I would say does not qualify for the tag, but the top left panel I can kinda see going that way with. The tag could conceivably apply because of a single panel in a comic strip. The "loli-ness" of that panel could also be conceivably overridden by the other depictions of the same character at the same time that don't fit our definition of a loli. I'm personally inclined to go with the latter, but regardless of personal opinion, Domestic_Importer is not incorrect in removing "loli", and removing the tag is most definitely not tag poisoning.

As for which tag should stay, at this point that's something you should bring up for discussion and vote in the Gardener's Guild.
