[Edit] It was above all precisely the panel that you mention that made me view the character as being just as arguably a "loli" as not.

Yes, that's my bot. It automatically adds "multiple_boys" to any post that has an "nboys" tag. It also adds "multiple_girls" to any post with an "ngirls" tag, "breasts" to any post with a "*_breasts" tag, and "cum" to posts with a wide variety of cum-related tags. It does this without any direct involvement from me, and exists in lieu of an actual hard-coded implication system on the site.

Yes. It literally just pushes through tag edits the exact same way you would normally (using a HTTP POST request to edit_post.php, which is what the JavaScript on the post page does when you save a tag edit). It performs searches using the API. I don't have any other account with fast editing privileges, and since this uses the exact same code as the mod-only mass tagger, it'd be a pain to modify it to use a delay.
As an aside, when I say "fast tagging", I just tested the tagger at about 3 tag edits per second on my connection. Different moderators might get different rates based on their connection speed and computer speed - it uses threading, so computers without multiple cores will be considerably slower. That's about 30 times faster than a regular user can tag.
